The approach
Less to explain. More room to notice.
Energy work begins with attention: how you are arriving, what feels heavy or scattered, and what you would like from the time. You do not need a particular belief system. You can approach the experience as spiritual practice, gentle body awareness or simply a protected period of rest.
Lauren brings more than ten years as a healing guide and her training as a 10th Generation Usui Reiki Master to this work. A session may include Reiki, polarity balancing, craniosacral-inspired stillness and intuitive energy clearing. These are distinct traditions, and the combination is discussed around your preferences.
Touch is a choice, not an assumption. Light contact and off-body work can be discussed beforehand, and you can change your mind during the session. The aim is a responsive experience rather than a fixed sequence you must endure or complete.
Some people use the language of clearing, activation or reconnection to describe their intentions. Others want to feel less burdened by the pace of daily life. Spiritual themes, including ancestral imagery or past-life exploration, are approached as personal meaning and reflection rather than verified accounts of past events.

A session that fits your life
Healing Rituals welcomes inquiries from Aspen, Snowmass and communities across the Roaring Fork Valley. If you are coming from elsewhere in Colorado, discuss the session setting and format before planning your visit.
A common question
How do the different modalities fit together?
Reiki uses intentional hand placements on or near the body. Polarity work brings its own tradition of balancing and contact, while craniosacral-inspired work emphasizes gentle touch and stillness. Your preferences guide which elements are included.
