The approach
When understanding a pattern is only the beginning
You might know exactly when you become self-critical, overextend yourself or hesitate to speak honestly. Knowing the pattern does not always make a different response feel available. A personalized journey offers another way to approach it: through rest, imagination and the language you use with yourself.
Quantum Subconscious Reprogramming is Lauren’s signature process, combining passive guided visualization, intentional language, layered relaxation, sound and intuitive support. Before a session, you share two or three intentions. These become the basis for a journey written in words and images that feel relevant to you, rather than a general script.
The experience takes place in supported comfort. There is no requirement to explain every memory or produce a dramatic release. You might follow vivid images, notice a feeling or simply rest with the guidance. The work is intended to create room for self-compassion, personal reflection and new ways of responding.
A reusable personalized recording carries the same intentions beyond the session. Listening can become a quiet point of return, paired with a concrete choice in daily life: pausing before agreeing to something, asking for support or speaking to yourself with greater care.

A session that fits your life
Private sessions are centered in Aspen. If you live in Basalt or Carbondale, or are visiting the Roaring Fork Valley, the inquiry conversation is a place to discuss timing, travel and the intentions you would like to bring.
A common question
Do I have to visualize clearly?
No. Images are one way to experience a journey, not a test. Sensation, emotion, words and quiet awareness can all be part of your experience.
